Custom asset terms

1. What you are ordering

Cosmic Canvas Customs creates custom digital stream and Discord assets from the package, quantities, wording, references, and creative direction shown in your final order summary. Your paid order, saved brief, and these terms form the commission agreement. Anything outside that saved scope requires written approval and may require a separate quote.

2. Payment and intake

Payment is 100% upfront through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Payment does not automatically start generation. We first review the brief, rights confirmation, references, feasibility, and requested delivery timing. We may ask for clarification or decline work we cannot safely or reliably deliver.

3. Timing

Typical targets are 24–48 hours for basic sets and 24–72 hours for larger packages or revision-heavy work. The production clock starts after payment and human intake acceptance. Customer response delays, material scope changes, provider outages, or unusually complex requests may extend the target. A target is a good-faith production estimate, not a guaranteed deadline unless confirmed in writing.

4. Revisions

Starter includes one revision round, Pro includes two, and Elite includes three; Discord package allowances are displayed in the order builder. A round is one consolidated set of feedback on the presented work. Corrections to Cosmic Canvas errors are not charged as creative revisions. A new concept, theme, character, or art direction after approval is a scope change and may require a new quote.

5. Human-directed production

Our workflow may use generative and automated tools under human direction. A human reviews the brief, directs the build, selects or rerolls outputs, performs cleanup and format checks, and controls final delivery. The customer is purchasing the custom production service and delivered files, not access to our software or internal workflows.

6. Exclusivity and permitted use

After full payment, the finished assets created for your commission are delivered exclusively to you and will not be resold as a premade pack. You may use and adapt the delivered files for your channels, server, brand, social promotion, and monetized content. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or offer the source files as an asset pack or template. Unless you separately grant permission, we will not publish your private references or final commissioned assets as marketplace products.

7. Customer materials

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, character, image, reference, name, and other material you submit. You are responsible for trademark, copyright, publicity, and platform-rule clearance for customer-supplied material. We may refuse requests that appear infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise unlawful or unsafe.

8. Platform compatibility

We deliver the formats and sizes stated in the package and test applicable stream assets for common OBS use. Discord availability can depend on server Boost level and Discord’s current upload limits. Platform or third-party changes after delivery are outside our control, but we will correct files that did not meet the promised specification at delivery.

9. Refunds and cancellations

The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

10. Delivery and storage

Delivery is made through the private order tracker and/or a customer-accessible Google Drive link. Download and back up your final package promptly. We may retain production records and files for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and revision continuity, but long-term replacement storage is not guaranteed.
