Refunds & cancellations

Before intake acceptance
If you cancel before we accept the paid brief into production, we will provide a full refund. We may also issue a full refund if we decline the brief or cannot fulfill it.
After production begins
If you cancel after intake acceptance but before creative-direction approval, any refund is based on the completed production stage and non-recoverable work. We will explain the completed stage and refund amount before closing the order.
After direction approval
Once the creative direction or preview is approved and final production has begun, payments are generally non-refundable for a change of mind or a newly requested direction. Included revision rounds remain available for in-scope changes. Defects, missing promised files, and Cosmic Canvas-caused errors will be corrected at no additional charge.
Rush fees and scope changes
A rush fee pays for priority scheduling and is refundable only when we cancel the order or fail to provide the confirmed priority service for reasons within our control. New concepts or material scope changes are quoted separately rather than treated as corrections.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the time required for funds to appear. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Email CosmicCanvasCustoms@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to correct or resolve the problem promptly.
